Warehouse Manager

Take ownership over inventory and order fulfillment operations. Oversee and assist with receiving, checking in, and inventorying freight. Oversee and assist with picking orders, loading delivery vehicles, coordinating delivery routes, dispatching drivers, and delivering material to job sites safely, accurately, and efficiently. Maintain and promote company culture putting the customer experience first. Assist in deliveries as needed. Work with all team members to complete customer orders and improve processes in the warehouse. Work directly with the Profit Center Manager to assist in projects, measure performance, and improve processes. Be willing to take out the trash and sweep the floors. Be a team player with an A+ attitude.

Specific Job Duties:

Accurately check in freight, record correct quantities, enter receiving records into the ERM system. Effectively manage all paperwork flowing through the warehouse make sure receivers and sales orders flow correctly. Accurately put away stock on shelves, organize job material appropriately, and link incoming material to pending orders. Obtain and build upon a working knowledge of all warehouse inventory and bin locations. Use a sales order document to effectively pick correct product and quantities from bin locations Collect orders from delivery bin and sort by delivery date and delivery route. Delegate and assist in accurately and quickly picking orders. Measure number of orders picked and shipped daily. Dispatch deliveries through route planning and driver assignment based on size of order, delivery time, etc. Ensure orders are double checked when loaded onto vehicles. Be the last defense against mistakes before product leaves the warehouse. Assist Profit Center Manager with projects as needed. Work with salespeople to address emergency deliveries and correction of delivery mistakes. Take ownership and assist in process improvement and maintaining a 6S Lean Warehouse. Identify, communicate, and address product flow issues in the warehouse. Clean and organize warehouse during downtime.

Job Requirements:

Ability to use Microsoft office, printers, scanners, and other office equipment. Inventory control experience Forklift experience. Order picking and/or delivery experience. Supervisory experience. Customer service experience. Have an A+ attitude. Be a team player. Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 15 days of employment. Must have an outstanding driving record with less than 3 moving violations in past 3 years. This job is contingent upon applicant's driving record. Moving violations outside of work will affect authorization to drive on company business.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
