This position acts as a central connector between production, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams , ensuring seamless workflows and timely delivery of products. What You'll Do Operations & Performance Management Lead the preparation and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (KPIs, output, schedule adherence) Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput Partner with leadership to develop and refine KPIs aligned with business goals Data & Continuous Improvement Drive data collection and analysis to support operational improvements and strategic decisions Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives Track production progress and proactively mitigate delays or bottlenecks Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Oversee inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation Monitor raw materials and finished goods, escalating shortages and coordinating replenishment Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure on-time material availability Production & Workflow Coordination Support production scheduling and work order execution Ensure accurate and timely distribution of floor documentation, material lists, and travelers Coordinate material staging and warehouse readiness for production Compliance, SOPs & Training Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements Lead the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Support employee training, safety initiatives, and quality audits
