Location Manager•
Truss Lindon, Utah Pay:
Up to $26/hr DOE LG Resources is seeking an experienced Location Manager•Truss to lead operations, drive team performance, and support profitable growth at our Lindon location. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in construction, building materials, or manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and ensure efficient, profitable performance Oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and pricing controls Analyze financials and identify opportunities for improvement Build strong customer relationships and support service excellence Lead, train, and develop location staff Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement Ensure payroll, reporting, and operational tasks are completed accurately Maintain a strong culture of workplace safety Conduct audits, cycle counts, and operational reviews using BisTrack Qualifications Experience managing P&L statements 2 years of leadership experience in construction, building materials, or manufacturing Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems Physical Requirements Light physical work up to 15 lbs occasionally Frequent standing, bending, and lifting Occasional travel to job sites #PRV #
