What You'll Do Lead, develop, and support a team by building strong relationships and providing feedback, resources, and growth opportunities Partner across functions (Operations, Transportation, QA, Support, Stores) to drive operational excellence Collaborate with peers and leadership to achieve business goals; communicate financials and performance metrics Champion product quality by enforcing food safety standards, cold chain compliance, and freshness Leverage distribution knowledge to reduce waste and improve efficiency Drive initiatives to deliver products to stores quickly and efficiently; resolve escalated issues Oversee daily operations of the team to prioritize on-time delivery and accuracy Partner with leadership to resolve problems and set business goals as needed Stay current on industry practices; identify continuous improvement opportunities involving people, processes, technology/systems and tools Monitor the work areas for safety concerns ensuring employees remain safe Requirements 3 or more years of leadership experience managing a large team Ability to manage a team within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities Experience managing inventory Highly organized and process-drive Systems aptitude, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment, including use of ordering systems Knowledge of food safety procedures Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain management or related field The health and safety of our employees is our top priority, and we are committed to keeping you safe on the job!
