Louisville KY Job Summary:

The Tradeshow Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations and show logistics for the Louisville market. This on-site position requires daily reporting to the Louisville's warehouse and plays a key role in ensuring efficient event execution, profitability, safety, and high-quality service. The manager leads warehouse staff, maintains equipment and inventory, and supports the successful delivery of trade show operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Plan and manage labor, logistics, and show schedules to align with preshow estimates. Oversee city operations P&L performance; track weekly labor and ensure profitability goals are met. Manage warehouse inventory, equipment, and supplies for all scheduled shows. Ensure adherence to all safety standards and manage workers' compensation risk. Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and community partners to support operational needs. Conduct performance reviews and create growth opportunities for warehouse and office staff. Participate in operational planning and show execution. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or warehouse management, preferably within the trade show industry. Prior experience with business planning, execution, and P&L responsibility preferred. 2+ years of labor management or trade show operations experience preferred. Project management experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply data to business strategy and goals. Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities. Capable of working independently and exercising sound judgment. Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Bilingual preferred, but not required. Ability to work extended hours as needed.
