Warehouse Manager

Duties Manage daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high productivity and morale. Oversee inventory management systems. Coordinate logistics for warehouse distributions and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness across all warehouse functions. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to OSHA regulations, heavy lifting procedures, and materials handling best practices. Qualifications Experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced distribution environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, shipping & receiving processes, and warehouse distribution. Demonstrated ability in team management, process improvement initiatives, and operational planning. Mechanical knowledge related to forklifts and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and documentation. Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
