DBA K&M Tire / Southeastern Wholesale Tire Founded in 1985, We are an independent family-owned wholesale tire distributor serving tire dealers in 5 states. We have 5 wholesale distribution warehouses; Hickory NC, Richmond VA, Walterboro SC, Raleigh NC, and Greenville NC This is a Warehouse Operations Manager for our K&M Tire location located in Richmond VA. We are seeking someone with a good work ethic, energetic, and positive attitude to ensure daily operations are efficient and provide excellent customer service to our customers. This position is a hands-on, meaning this person will be handling tires on a daily basis. Ability to drive a forklift is a must, along with ability to lift 30-100lbs.

Responsibilities:

Work with DC Manager to manage the following: Manage/schedule employee hours/over-time Schedule inbound freight loads Manage logistics for deliveries to customers Greet walk-in customers for pickup Manage fleet maintenance/repair Co-Ordinate Building Maintenance repairs as needed Route check-in Bank Deposits Inventory Organization Ensure excellent customer service Skills needed: Basic computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills Customer Service oriented Team leadership Benefits offered (after qualifying employment duration): Health Insurance, Eye Care, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, 401K with first 3% matched,
