In-Office Your Responsibilities:

Manage, evaluate, and develop material flow supervisors and staff responsible for receiving, replenishment, material movement, and loading Manage warehouse logistics and optimize material movement to production lines Ensure material availability at the point of use to avoid production disruptions Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, optimize material replenishment, and implement best practices for material handling and packaging Coordinate with procurement and production planning to manage material flow suppliers to the warehouse and through the production process Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean/organized storage area, and manage regulatory compliance Develop strategies for efficient material flow, storage, and space utilization Coordinate with and manage teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to/removal of waste from production areas Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams Supervise receiving and warehouse management systems Implement safety protocols Track key metrics

Your Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in related field(preferred) 5+ years of related experience in logistics, supply chain management, and material flow planning 3+ years of direct supervisory experience (preferred) Proficiency in ERP systems, material replenishment software, and data analysis tools
