Job Description

Essential Duties Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned. Performs all work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a safe work environment. Maintains receiving, shipping, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Shares responsibility for controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts ensuring all locations are cycle counted quarterly. Responsible for the planning and execution of physical inventory quarterly. Compares physical counts to SAP and reconciles per Kingspan standards. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Works closely with Production, Planning, Transportation and Logistics teams to ensure work schedules are organized and product is stored safely. Responsible for First in First out (FIFO) product rotation. Conducts training of all warehouse employees and Production Lift Truck Operators (LTO), to ensure compliance of all processes and procedures. Manages timecard approval of all direct reports. Manages/Leads continuous improvement projects, including facility improvement. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in logistics or management plus at least 5 years of experience running a warehouse; or High School Diploma or GED plus at least 10 years of experience running a warehouse. Prefer someone with at least 2 years of RF Scanner warehouse management experience. SAP

Must have:
Experience with business computer applications (Microsoft Office). SAP or similar software experience. Knowledge and practice of modern manufacturing and warehousing techniques. Strong leadership skills, analytical, and problem solving ability. Strong organizational skills; strict attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills, effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. The ability to deal with highly complex issues and to stay calm when under pressure.
Must be able to:
