Receiving and Unloading:
Using equipment like pallet jacks to unload freight and checking for damages. Comparing the contents of shipment to purchase orders, invoices, or manifest to ensure accuracy.
Preparing for shipment:
Packaging items, printing shipping labels, and obtaining rate quotes Tracking inventory: Organizing inventory for easy access and documenting damages Shipping and delivering: Arranging transportation, delivering items, and coordinating with external parties Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory records Preparing documents like work orders, quotes and return labels, keeping all records Maintaining records on vehicle fleet maintenance and registrations Storing and distributing: storing and distributing deliveries and restocking items as needed
Communicating:
Communicating with logistic technicians, customer service representatives, and others involved in the shipment and receipts of products Returning of Parts, warranty and registration forms
Tools:
tracking and labeling tools, signing them out to Techs.
Safety and housekeeping:
Following safety and housekeeping procedures
Hours :
Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm
Requirements:
