As a Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products move efficiently through production while supporting on-time delivery goals and communicating updates across departments. You'll work closely with operations, scheduling, production, and customer service teams in a collaborative aerospace environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Delivery Coordinator Duties:

Coordinate customer orders throughout the manufacturing process to ensure timely delivery Communicate directly with operations, shipping, quality, and scheduling teams regarding delivery statuses Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve production issues Work closely with supervisors and leads on the production floor to ensure jobs continue moving efficiently Update production tracking tools, delivery schedules, coverage files, and reporting systems daily Identify delivery risks, barriers, and root causes while escalating concerns when necessary Assist with scheduling production orders while considering capacity and manufacturing limitations Support stock management, stagnant WIP review, and work order issue resolution Participate in cross-functional delivery meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain communication with internal customers regarding timelines, priorities, and critical parts

Schedule:

Day Shift Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Pay:

$21.00-$24.00 per hour

Delivery Coordinator Requirements:
