The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills, as well as a solid background in final mile delivery, appliance installation and/or logistics. Field Quality Manager will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs, ensuring our teams maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor driver and installation teams. Conduct new-hire training and orientation programs. Track and evaluate each new hire's mentorship period. Perform ride-along delivery inspections and prepare detailed reports. Review inspection results with delivery teams and management. Assist in developing training solutions for challenges identified during deliveries. Provide coaching and problem-solving support to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Final mile delivery/logistics Experience in home appliance installation (refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.). Proven leadership experience with driver/installation teams. Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish bilingual preferred). Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Ability to pass a background screening and DOT compliance Strong customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate concerns. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
