Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Driver/Laborer to join our team in South East Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have experience in various driving roles and possess strong communication skills. Full time employees receive health and dental benefits, 401k and profit sharing and performance based differential payResponsibilities:
- Drive box trucks, courier vehicles, forklifts, and trailers as needed
- Assist with moving and transporting goods efficiently
- Perform route driving and delivery tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Preform tool and vehicle maintenance
- Maintain established warehouse organization strategy
- Assist with jobsite demolition and clean up when needed
Skills:
- Proficient in driving various vehicles including box trucks, courier vehicles, forklifts, and trailers
- General mechanical knowledge/aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot and preform basic vehicle and tool maintenance and servicing
- Ability to handle moving tasks efficiently
- Skilled in route driving and delivery operations
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to squat, bend and lift up to 80lbs
- Hardworking, motivated attitude
- Reliable personal transportation to warehouse location, company vehicles supplied for delivery duties
- Experience preferred but will train motivated individuals.
