Alternative Delivery Manager - Midwest The Role Our client is recruiting for 12+ Alternative Delivery Manager roles spanning business development, pursuits, and active project delivery on large infrastructure projects. You'll manage alternative delivery projects (CMAR, design-build, EPC) from initial teaming through contract award and design completion.

Locations Midwest :

Heavy civil/highways. Office-based, ~50% travel. 10-15 years' experience; consider more junior candidates with c. $1B project exposure. About You Essential 10+ years of construction management or equivalent Heavy civil construction experience Proven alternative delivery project management (design-build, CMAR, progressive design-build, EPC) Key leadership roles with strong client management across pursuits and delivery Comfortable with tight deadlines, evolving priorities, and multitasking across teams Valid driver's license, US work authorisation Preferred DBIA accreditation or willingness to pursue it Design deliverables management experience Technical writing for proposals

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
