Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure efficient warehouse processes. Your leadership will drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement within our warehouse environment. Responsibilities Supervise all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff and supervisors to meet operational goals. Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all operations. Oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms for inventory tracking and reporting. Coordinate logistics with 3PL providers and manage warehouse distribution schedules. Maintain accurate inventory control through regular audits and cycle counts. Operate or oversee forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced logistics environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving, and materials handling procedures. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and logistics software. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment such as forklifts. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehousing operations. Experience working with e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL providers is a plus. From $65,000.00 per year
