Job Description

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective operations. This role manages inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving activities, employee development, and logistics strategy while supporting production and customer fulfillment goals.
Schedule :
Monday-Saturday (require OT); 7:00AM - 4:00PM Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, staffing, and workflow planning. Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse personnel. Manage shipping and receiving activities. Ensure timely and accurate customer shipments. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control programs. Manage customer distribution portals and shipment transactions. Negotiate freight rates and transportation services with carriers. Evaluate logistics initiatives and implement process improvements. Monitor warehouse performance metrics and drive operational excellence. Qualifications Required 5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience in a manufacturing. Experience supervising warehouse teams. Ability to adapt and pivot/work quickly. Experience with inventory management and ERP systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Experience with Sage X3 ERP system.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
