  • Full-time About Deal Depot Deal Depot is a fast-growing e-commerce company that sells brand-new products from leading brands across home improvement, automotive, sporting goods, electronics, and household categories.
We operate across eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces, shipping thousands of orders annually from our Fort Ashby warehouse. Our inventory includes more than 7,500 active SKUs and continues to grow. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy, improve warehouse processes, and help scale our distribution operation. Position Overview This is a working leadership role. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations while actively participating in inventory management, receiving, order fulfillment, process improvement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable using technology, and capable of building efficient systems in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments Monitor productivity and operational performance Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records across 7,500+ SKUs Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories Improve inventory organization and storage efficiency Ensure inventory accuracy and accountability throughout the warehouse Leadership Supervise warehouse associates and assign daily priorities Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices Establish accountability and performance expectations Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Lead by example and actively assist with warehouse tasks as needed Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions Improve warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow Develop and document standard operating procedures Use data and metrics to improve productivity and accuracy Systems & Technology Work with warehouse software, inventory systems, shipping platforms, and spreadsheets Monitor key operational metrics Collaborate with management to support company growth initiatives QualificationsRequired 2+ years of warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience Experience managing inventory and warehouse operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (or willingness to learn) Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and inventory systems Reliable transportation Preferred E-commerce fulfillment experience Experience with barcode scanning systems Experience implementing warehouse processes or layouts Experience managing small teams Forklift certification What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be: A self-starter who takes ownership Reliable and committed to long-term growth with the company Calm under pressure Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable making decisions independently Focused on continuous improvement Willing to lead by example and work alongside the team Accountable, dependable, and able to follow through on commitments Interested in building a career, not simply finding their next job Benefits Paid Time Off Employee Discount Opportunities for advancement Direct access to company leadership 90-day performance review with growth opportunities Ability to help shape and improve warehouse operations Growth Opportunity Deal Depot believes in promoting from within and investing in employees who demonstrate leadership, initiative, and strong performance.
