Job Description
Supply Chain Manager We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for a growing operation located in Atmore, AL. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, and planning activities. This role is ideal for a hands-on, analytical leader capable of improving processes and managing vendor performance to ensure materials and products move efficiently throughout the supply chain. Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehousing activities. Supervise and support a small team of three, providing direction, coaching, and accountability. Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and support production or operational needs. Identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Track supplier performance, logistics costs, delivery timelines, and other key metrics. Partner with internal teams to solve issues, improve processes, and support company goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, or operations management. Experience managing a small team, suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional relationships. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory, ERP, or supply chain systems. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational support.
