Key Responsibilities:

Leads supply chain and operational projects across multiple functions to ensure successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives. Coordinates cross-functional teams, supplier activities, and operational stakeholders to support project execution, supplier transitions, process improvements, and operational readiness. Monitors project performance, communicates progress to leadership, and ensures alignment between supply chain initiatives and organizational priorities. All roles at Signia are expected to support the company's operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization's business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus. Key Deliverables of the Position 1) Successful execution of supply chain projects within scope, schedule, and budget requirements 2) Effective coordination of cross-functional teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders 3) Timely project reporting, milestone tracking, and operational communication 4) Successful supplier transition and first article approval activities 5) Improved operational efficiency and supply chain project outcomes 6) Effective management of project risks, issues, and operational dependencies Cross-functional alignment supporting organizational and operational objectives

Requirements:

Education and Experience Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain project management principles Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred Typically requires 6+ years of supply chain, project management, or operational experience Leads cross-functional teams with authority for project decisions Technical Competencies 1) Supply chain project management 2) Cross-functional operational coordination 3) Project scheduling, budgeting, and milestone tracking 4) Supplier transition and operational readiness management 5) Risk management and issue resolution 6) Operational reporting and leadership communication 7) Process improvement and project execution 8) Supplier and stakeholder coordination 9) Proficient Computer Skills
