In this pivotal role, you will oversee procurement, inventory control, production planning, and logistics to ensure seamless manufacturing processes. Your expertise in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS will drive efficiency, optimize supplier relationships, and support our commitment to lean manufacturing principles. Join us to manage the flow of materials, coordinate supply chain activities, and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including purchasing, supplier management, and contract negotiations to secure quality materials at optimal costs. Manage inventory levels through accurate demand planning, inventory control, and warehouse oversight to prevent shortages or excess stock. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS to monitor material requirements planning (MRP), production schedules, and supply chain workflows. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop effective production planning strategies that align with demand forecasts and operational capacity. Oversee logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials across the supply chain network. Implement lean manufacturing practices to eliminate waste, improve process efficiencies, and enhance overall materials management. Maintain strong supplier relationships through regular performance reviews, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Proven experience in materials management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Extensive knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS for procurement, inventory management, and production planning. Strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control. Experience with supplier management, contract negotiations, and vendor performance evaluation. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and best practices for optimizing materials flow. Prior exposure to logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or demand forecasting is highly desirable.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
