Job Description

NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE AEROSPACE EXPERIENCE
Seeking a motivated and strategic Supply Chain Manager to join a growing organization with strong advancement opportunities. This role will focus on supplier management, strategic sourcing, and vendor performance improvements supporting multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise-level strategic commodities and a background in box build manufacturing (systems integration/electromechanical assembly), including integrating completed printed circuit boards into fully functional electronic products. Key Responsibilities Manage strategic supplier relationships and vendor performance initiatives Communicate directly with suppliers to analyze contracts, improve service cost-effectiveness, and ensure compliance with aerospace/defense quality and delivery requirements. Lead supplier escalation issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Drive supplier improvements supporting multiple operational sites Lead supplier negotiations, long-term agreements, and strategic sourcing initiatives Analyze supplier performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and quality teams 2-5 years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience Experience with enterprise strategic commodities preferred Background in box build / systems integration / electromechanical assembly strongly preferred Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills Aerospace/ Defense industry experience is ideal Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus Compensation & Benefits Annual bonus opportunity up to 10% Stock options 3 weeks of vacation Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 depending on location Excellent long-term growth and advancement potential Salary - 140-160
