Storage Manager

It's a great day at Equity Storage! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Onsite Storage Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Rogers, AR. This full-time position requires the manager to live on-site in a luxurious condo, with all rent and utilities included as part of the compensation package. Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and leasing of storage units through in-person and phone interactions
• Provide superior customer service and maintain positive tenant relations
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing, updating computer systems, and managing social media marketing
• Oversee facility maintenance, including cleaning units and performing minor gate/door repairs
• Manage collections for delinquent accounts and maintain inventory.

Qualifications:

• Self-storage experience and knowledge of the Storedge software are highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of similar work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and social media.
• Knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, and Calendar applications
• Valid driver's license and the ability to relocate to Rogers, AR, before starting. Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk or stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties to ensure the facility remains neat and professional. Schedule & Compensation

• Pay:

  $17.00
• $20.00 per hour, based on experience

• Hours:

  40 hours per week, Monday
• Friday.
