As part of our rapid U.S. growth, XNRGY is seeking an ambitious Parts Manager to lead the end-to-end service parts function that supports efficient field service execution. Reporting to the Director of Service Readiness and based in Mesa, Arizona, this role is responsible for ensuring parts are strategically stocked, accurately tracked, and reliably delivered to support service timelines, improve first-time fix rates, and reduce customer downtime. Acting as a key link between Service Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Logistics partners, the Parts Manager will design scalable processes and systems that support growth while maintaining inventory accuracy, service readiness, and cost control. An overview of your responsibilities! Design and implement the end-to-end parts strategy to support field service operations Establish inventory policies, including safety stock, min/max levels, and critical spare positioning Partner closely with Service leadership to align parts availability with service timelines and work completion targets Manage logistics and distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and forward stocking locations Partner with 3PL and logistics providers to ensure scalable and cost-effective delivery performance Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track parts availability, inventory health, and service impact Support Engineering and Supplier Quality teams to analyze failure trends and improve product reliability and parts planning Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory efficiency, reduce cost, and improve field service performance What you'll need, among other things! Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in parts management, service operations, or supply chain Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, HVAC, industrial manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred Proven success building or scaling parts operations in a field service environment Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and service support models Experience working with ERP systems, inventory tools, and reporting/analytics platforms; EPICOR experience is a plus Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operational improvements Excellent cross-functional communication skills with experience working across Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams Highly organized, hands-on operator with strong ownership mindset and focus on execution and customer impact Willingness to travel up to 15% Does this sound like you?
