Job Description
Operations & Logistics Lead (Bilingual Spanish Required) Riverside & Anaheim, CA (Travel Between Locations Required) Full-Time | $63,000 - $73,000/year Overview We are hiring an experienced Operations & Logistics Lead to support daily operations, scheduling, and team coordination across our Riverside and Anaheim locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel and computer skills , who is bilingual in Spanish , and has experience in operations, logistics, dispatching, or administrative coordination . You will play a key role in route coordination, driver support, customer communication, and process improvement to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Operations & Dispatch Coordination Plan, coordinate, and adjust driver routes and schedules Monitor driver hours and daily logistics operations Track service updates, container placements, and route changes Maintain accurate operational records and reports Customer Support & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for customers Handle service requests, issues, and account updates Support onboarding of new customers Coordinate with sales on new opportunities Administrative & Data Management Assist with billing, invoicing, and documentation Maintain accurate records, receipts, and compliance logs Organize and update operational reports using Excel HR & Team Support Track timecards, attendance, and payroll inputs Assist with onboarding and training coordination Support drivers and internal team members daily Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in workflows and systems Help implement improved operational processes Support digitization and organization of records Requirements (Must-Have) Bilingual in Spanish (fluent - required) Strong Excel skills (formulas, tracking, data organization) Highly proficient with computers and software systems Ability to travel between Riverside and Anaheim locations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving ability Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, dispatching, operations, or transportation Background in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support Experience with tools such as QuickBooks, Outlook, or routing software Familiarity with payroll or HR coordination Compensation & Benefits $63,000 - $73,000 per year (based on experience) Full-time, stable position Opportunities for advancement into operations management Supportive and team-oriented environment Hands-on training provided Why This Role Stands Out High-impact position with growth potential Mix of operations, logistics, and leadership responsibilities Opportunity to improve systems and workflows Work across multiple locations with a dynamic team Location + travel requirement upfront (reduces drop-off later)
