Manage daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using multiple carriers and freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs documentation, and customer-specific shipping instructions.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to meet shipment schedules.
- Monitor shipping priorities and proactively resolve logistics issues to minimize delivery delays.
- Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality and delivery performance.
- Analyze shipping performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in developing and standardizing shipping procedures and work instructions. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in shipping or logistics operations.
- At least 2 years of team lead experience.
- Experience with shipping systems.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes.
- Knowledge of freight carriers, customs documentation, Incoterms, and export compliance.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
