Coordinate domestic and international shipments using multiple carriers and freight forwarders. Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs documentation, and customer-specific shipping instructions. Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to meet shipment schedules. Monitor shipping priorities and proactively resolve logistics issues to minimize delivery delays. Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality and delivery performance. Analyze shipping performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Participate in developing and standardizing shipping procedures and work instructions. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in shipping or logistics operations. At least 2 years of team lead experience. Experience with shipping systems. Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes. Knowledge of freight carriers, customs documentation, Incoterms, and export compliance. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
