Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the movement of multiple product lines from origin to consumption. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency of procurement, inventory management, and customer satisfaction while driving strategic improvements across supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing global logistics and implementing advanced reporting systems to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of multiple product lines, including forecasting, procurement, and inventory control, to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
• Lead product development initiatives within the supply chain by serving as a project manager and driving strategic execution.
• Analyze financial data to inform supply chain planning and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
• Enhance existing processes by utilizing advanced tools and technologies to optimize operations and reporting.
• Develop and expand key performance indicators and reporting systems to improve supply chain transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine operational processes that improve the customer experience.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of inventory usage, scrap, and waste, and recommend strategies to reduce losses and increase turnover.
• Address and resolve challenges related to logistics, shortages, engineering changes, and order cancellations in a proactive manner.
• Coordinate material movements between suppliers, storage areas, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Engineering, to ensure smooth material flow and alignment with organizational goals.
