Job Description

Four Season Group is a rapidly growing tourism operator based in Southern California. Our divisions consist of charter bus, inbound and outbound tour operations, and tour bus maintenance. Our fleet currently includes around 30 full size luxury coaches and cover all western states.
POSITION
Four Season Travel is seeking a Parts Specialist to organize and run day-to-day parts operations. This position will work closely with the Bus Maintenance Specialists, making sure that the inventory needs of the department are met. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent commercial vehicles and coach buses inventory skills, knows how to prioritize, and works quickly with high accuracy. Responsibilities and Duties Order, receive, track, and maintain inventory within company guidelines Use computers and cataloging to determine correct parts, pricing, and availability of parts Order special parts and make determinations regarding quality, price, and shipping availability Communicate with Bus Technicians on any part needs Ensure all internal parts requests are billed on work orders Participate in all training programs that are made available Maintain working relationship with Vendors Return unused parts and collect Vendor credits Review Vendor discounts for accuracy Document all parts purchases and parts used Distribution of parts and shop materials to Technicians Receive/ ship/ transfer parts based on need Manage and keep track of all assets, and keep a detailed record of all activity Take weekly inventory of current stock Examine parts for defects and obtain exchanges where necessary Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and provide laboring support to bus technicians when repairing and maintaining vehicles, including moving, lifting, packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading Keep current on new products and product updates You must be a person with honesty and integrity, safely guarding and securing all company properties, inventories, hardware, and equipment Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree, Technical school or Certification is a plus Valid driver's license Prior experience with automotive parts. Experience with Bus or Commercial Vehicle parts is a plus Ability to bend and lift 100 lbs with or without accommodation Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Basic PC knowledge with MS Office applications Able to multi-task, prioritize and work on several projects at the same time Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred Benefits PTO and sick leave Health insurance benefits Competitive salary with opportunity for advancement Opportunities for on-the-job training
