Inventory Manager Slate Staging and Design Hayward, CA Job Details Part-time $25 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Inventory records Interior design Process improvement Attention to detail Inventory tracking Full Job Description We are a fast-paced home staging and design company looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and maintain our staging inventory across multiple homes, projects, and warehouse locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, systems, logistics, and staying several steps ahead. We manage thousands of inventory pieces ranging from furniture and artwork to décor and accessories, so accuracy and strong communication are critical to the success of our operations. Responsibilities Maintain and organize staging inventory across warehouse and active staging projects Track inventory movement between homes, trucks, storage areas, and warehouse Monitor inventory levels and anticipate upcoming needs for projects Communicate proactively with management regarding low stock, missing items, damages, or purchasing needs Assist with reordering furniture and décor items with management approval Ensure inventory systems remain accurate and up to date Help improve organizational systems and warehouse efficiency Build upon and improve current inventory systems and processes to help operations run more efficiently Coordinate with staging and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project flow Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, prevent shortages, and improve overall organization Qualifications Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized Strong ability to multitask and manage large amounts of inventory Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before issues arise Excellent communication and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Ability to problem solve independently and continuously improve systems Experience with inventory management is preferred Experience using Notion and/or Stageforce is a major plus Familiarity with furniture, home staging, interior design, logistics, or warehouse operations Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who notices the small things, loves systems and organization, and can keep track of many moving parts without things slipping through the cracks.
