Job Description

Borrell USA Corp is seeking an organized, proactive, and reliable Inventory Controller / Front Desk Manager to join our team in Merced, California. This position combines front desk coordination, inventory control, purchasing support, and internal administrative follow-up in a growing industrial and manufacturing environment. Mechanical knowledge is highly valued, and experience in inventory, warehouse coordination, service support, or industrial parts handling will be strongly considered. Responsibilities Manage front desk communications, calls, visitors, and general office coordination Control inventory of parts, materials, and supplies Track incoming and outgoing items and maintain accurate records Coordinate with service, purchasing, warehouse, and management teams Support order processing, internal follow-up, and document control Help identify shortages, organize stock, and improve inventory accuracy Assist with vendor and customer communication as needed Qualifications Experience in inventory control, front desk, office coordination, or similar roles is required or strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Mechanical or industrial knowledge is highly valued Good computer and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently Professional attitude and good communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment Compensation $21.00 to $25.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
