Through a data-driven approach, we continuously optimize carrier sourcing, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency, with the goal of building a smarter and more integrated logistics fulfillment platform. Job Summary This is an operations management role centered around carrier sourcing, carrier management, and data analysis. You will be deeply involved in core business operations and strategic decision-making, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role in carrier sourcing, pricing, or business operations. Responsibilities Analyze order volume, pricing, carrier performance, and operational data to identify business issues and optimization opportunities Support carrier sourcing and pricing decisions Assist in optimizing cost structure and fulfillment efficiency Drive the execution of operations, sales, and product-related project. Coordinate with operations, sales, product teams, and external carrier partners. Follow up on and resolve day-to-day operational issues Prepare analytical reports and propose actionable optimization plans Lead plant management efforts related to logistics operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational excellence. Develop strategies for continuous improvement in logistics workflows, leveraging ERP systems for real-time data analysis. Prepare analytical reports and propose actionable optimization plans Skills 3-6 years of experience in the logistics industry (Trucking / Brokerage / Freight Forwarding preferred) Experience in drayage, container transportation, or port operations is preferred Experience in carrier sourcing or carrier management Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and support decision-making through data Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets with strong data processing capabilities Fluent in both English and Chinese is a plus
