Full Job Description About Us:
American Eastern Grace LLC is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider focused on delivering efficient, reliable, and scalable supply chain solutions. We partner with a diverse range of clients and pride ourselves on operational excellence, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations at our Ontario, CA facility. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies Coordinate with transportation teams, clients, and internal departments to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure accurate data entry Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve client concerns quickly and effectively
Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a 3PL environment Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience with WMS platforms and inventory control systems Solid understanding of warehouse safety practices and regulations Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Mandarin speaking required for communication with team/clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives Background in high-volume or multi-client warehouse operations
