In this role you will help drive world-class quality control initiatives across the entire network, ensuring product quality standards are met, while driving continuous improvement across operations. This position plays a pivotal role in growing your talent and strategically overseeing all quality benchmarks to deliver on key company objectives. A successful leader will provide a thoughtful vision and direction while fostering a collaborative and process improvement environment at all levels in the organization. What You'll Do Set clear goals for quality standards, inventory accuracy, audit programs, and leading regional operational improvements Create an environment of innovation and continuous improvement through new technology and productivity developments Oversee and manage all inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking and stock levels Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize errors Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to meet company and industry standards Drive accountability regarding project milestones, key initiatives, and project success criteria for quality assurance Coordinating with variety of cross-functional stakeholders: design, manufacturing, service, engineering functions, materials, factory software teams etc. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field with evidence of exceptional ability or equivalent experience 6+ managing salaried and hourly team members in quality engineering, distribution, or logistic environment Knowledge of quality system industry standards including
ISO 9001
