We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to step into a pivotal role, supporting our strategic program managers in ensuring seamless execution and material readiness for critical initiatives. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of key operational tasks, freeing up our strategic leaders to focus on long-term vision and innovation. Your work will directly enable the successful delivery of advanced technologies, influencing the entire product portfolio. What You'll Do Manage the comprehensive CTB (Clear-to-Build) process, providing clear communication of any potential risks and actively observing and mitigating supply risks and shortages to maintain project timelines.

Drive the tracking and successful qualification of second-source components, ensuring supply chain resilience and flexibility.

Oversee allocation delivery and material readiness, playing a crucial role in the timely execution of builds and project milestones.

Provide essential support to strategic projects, including those with complex manufacturing requirements or proprietary information, ensuring their operational success.

Leverage your deep supply chain knowledge to offer flexible support across various project needs, adapting to evolving requirements.

Contribute significantly to the operational bandwidth of our program management team, allowing them to focus on strategic aspects such as supply chain management, future sourcing strategies, system readiness, and bill of materials (BOM) readiness.

What You'll Bring Must-Have Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of CTB management.

Proven ability to track and manage second-source qualifications.

Experience in overseeing allocation delivery and ensuring material readiness.

A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating supply risks and shortages.

Exceptional communication skills to articulate risks and statuses effectively.

Ability to support complex projects, demonstrating adaptability and a flexible approach to problem-solving within supply chain contexts.
