Dispensary Inventory Manager

Are you organized, highly self-driven and a fantastic problem solver? Well good! We are looking for an experienced, rockstar inventory coordinator who has shown proficiency and success in their past inventory endeavors. This position will be reporting directly to the General Manager and Owner. Our inventory is split between two dispensaries in the Denver area and we serve a high volume of customers. The perfect candidate has the following qualifications: 1) 3+ years of inventory management/coordination 2) Valid MED badge 3) 3+ years of leading and overseeing a team 4) Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory 5) Create detailed reports for adjustments and stock levels 6) Maintain and implement inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures 7) Analyze various suppliers to ensure the company is receiving best effective deals 8) Bachelor or associate degree in related field is preferred 9) 3+ years of METRC experience 10) Develop inventory staff schedule 11) Able to lift 40+ pounds 12) Clear and concise written and oral communication skills 13) Able to lead a small inventory team of around 4 people If you have checked off every criterion in the above list, please send a detailed resume and cover letter explaining why you think you would be a good fit for the position.
