Role Description BrüMate is seeking a Wholesale Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting and inventory planning across our rapidly growing wholesale channel. This individual will serve as the central owner of wholesale demand, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Wholesale, and Finance to ensure alignment between demand, inventory, and financial plans. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. They bring structure to ambiguity, translate business drivers into actionable forecasts, and proactively influence both internal teams and external retail partners. This role reports into the SVP of Sales and Operations.Key Responsibilities:
Own Wholesale Demand Planning:
Develop and manage demand forecasts across assigned categories, maintaining a current and accurate view of demand throughout the GTM lifecycle. Consolidate inputs across Wholesale, Finance, and Supply Chain into a single, aligned plan. This individual will act as an engaged partner in identifying opportunities, managing active business, reviewing retailer performance and assisting with future sales planning. Translate Business Drivers intoForecasts:
Partner closely with Wholesale and Merchandising to incorporate account-level insights, product performance, and market trends into the forecast. Distinguish between structural demand shifts and short-term variability. Proactive Influence & Coordination w/Our Retailers:
You will lead and manage conversations (in tandem with our portfolio managers) with our major retailers' inventory and planning counterparts.Improve Forecast Accuracy & Process Discipline:
Monitor forecast performance, analyze variances, and refine assumptions to improve accuracy over time. Establish and maintain scalable, repeatable planning processes. Lead Planning forKey Business Initiatives:
Support product launches, seasonal resets, limited releases, and replenishment cycles by aligning demand timing, volume, and lifecycle planning across stakeholders.Manage Inventory Outcomes:
Leverage SKU-level and style-color ladder planning to balance in-stock levels, inventory turns, and excess risk. Proactively adjust forecasts to reflect changes in demand or supply conditions.Drive Cross-Functional Alignment:
Serve as a central partner to Wholesale, Supply Chain Operations, and Finance, ensuring alignment on demand, inventory availability, and key planning assumptions. Ability to Influence Platform / Process for Inventory Planning As we expand into larger commercial channels across marketplaces, wholesale, and retail this role will have the expectation to direct and lead how we work as a team to deliver efficient inventory practices. Experience +Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, supply chain, or a related analytical role, preferably within a consumer goods or omnichannel environment.Analytical Capability:
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, and Operations, balancing competing priorities.Communication Skills:
Clear and concise communicator, with experience presenting data and recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership.Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with planning systems and ERP systems is a plus.Organization & Execution:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
