Job Description

Materials Management Position Overview:
The Logistics role is responsible receiving, storing and distributing HVAC parts, tools, and equipment. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating deliveries and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols. The Logistics role plays a crucial role in supporting HVAC project execution, ensuring that all necessary materials and tools are available when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and check-in deliveries of material and equipment Sort, organize, track onsite materials used for systems installation Maintain accurate inventory of all deliveries including, but not limited to, HVAC equipment, parts, tools, and materials. Notify project manager or appropriate team member that the item(s) has arrived Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Gather and deliver materials from storage to field crews as requested Handle distribution of HVAC parts, tools, and equipment within the job sites. Operate onside van or ATV as required to transport employees, materials, etc. Ensure proper storage and handling of HVAC equipment and materials to prevent damage. Ensure timely availability of materials and tools for on-site installations and repairs.
