Campers Inn RV is looking for an Assistant Parts Manager . This role is responsible for assisting the Parts and Service Manager with efficient operation and processes for the parts department. This is a safety sensitive position Support daily parts department operations by assisting with retail sales and pricing, inventory control, stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure parts availability and accuracy.

• Coordinate parts ordering and receiving by working with vendors and internal systems to maintain appropriate stock levels and timely replenishment. Assist in inventory management including cycle counts, stock organization, and monitoring discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure timely parts availability for repairs, installations, and customer orders. Maintain inventory organization and safety standards by ensuring parts are properly stored, labeled, and handled in accordance with laws and company policies. Work with the Service and Parts Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs. Understand, stay up to date, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impacts the Parts Department. Direct the training, motivation, and performance of parts department staff Direct, schedule, and performance management the activities of parts department employees Enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the organization guidelines. Enforce a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and the cost of doing business Assist with monitoring and adjusting inventory to minimize obsolescence

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

License & Certifications:

Valid Driver s license and good driving record is preferred Five years of experience in an automotive parts department is preferred Some sales experience is preferred

Abilities:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Excellent communication and managerial skills Knowledge of or ability to learn company system applications, including Motility Systems2K and other software as applicable Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports Must be able to sit or bend for long periods of time Must be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds Camper s Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
