What You'll Do:
Customer Service & Parts Sales :
Assist customers in selecting the required parts, provide information on companion parts and current specials, and handle phone calls with professionalism.
Inventory Management :
Maintain accurate inventory records, pull and fill orders from stock, and coordinate emergency orders for out-of-stock parts.
Order Management :
Oversee the coordination of orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up, and ensure timely follow-up on back-ordered parts.
Body Shop Coordination :
Review body shop estimates for parts accuracy and notify the body shop of parts arrivals and deliveries.
Team Leadership :
Supervise and train parts drivers, shipping and receiving staff, and parts counter associates. Assist with managing daily operations within the parts department.
Administrative Duties :
Process returns, issue credits for returned parts, maintain repair orders and invoices, and manage special-order parts records.
Operational Efficiency :
Maintain the cleanliness of counter areas, follow safety procedures, and participate in tracking lost sales to optimize department performance.

You know how to tackle challenges and keep things running smoothly in a busy environment.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Previous experience in a dealership or related setting is preferred.
Physical Capability:
