Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee operational supply chain activities within a dynamic organization. Our team values impactful leadership focused on production planning, materials procurement, and efficiency improvements for manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage operational supply chain functions, including production planning, materials purchasing, inventory control, price setting, vendor selection, and distribution. Monitor the movement of raw materials, in-process goods, and completed merchandise to ensure production requirements and customer expectations are achieved. Collect data and prepare analyses to forecast demand and predict inventory needs, optimizing supply chain performance. Evaluate existing supply chain processes and implement changes to improve efficiency and overall performance.

Required:

Demonstrated project management experience in manufacturing or production environments, particularly related to rate improvements or scaling. Proven ability to manage complex projects with scope, schedule, cost, and multiple stakeholders such as engineers, technicians, and suppliers. Successful track record in delivering projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
