Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to join our Inventory & Construction Team. This vital role involves managing and optimizing inventory processes to ensure seamless supply chain operations, accurate stock levels, and efficient handling of titles. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to inventory control, leverage data analytics to inform decision-making, and collaborate across departments to support project timelines and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of residential construction projects through meticulous inventory management and process improvement. Duties Accurate recording keeping of all homes in the construction process. Collaborate and effectively communicate with team leadership, field leadership, vendors, and residents Handle construction paperwork (lien releases, insurance, etc) Handle questions throughout the construction process (timelines, concerns, progress, etc) Manage inventory control procedures, including cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation efforts to maintain accuracy Facilitate cross-functional communication with project managers, materials handling teams, and finance departments for seamless operations Skills Experience in residential construction administration. Degree in related field highly desired, but not required. Tech and digital skills using Excel, Rent Manager, Salesforce and other related apps highly desired. Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, inventory management software Technical proficiency in spreadsheets, data collection methods, analytics tools, and home inventory management systems highly desired. Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration across teams involved in supply chain activities Strong math skills coupled with analytical thinking for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
