Supply Chain Project Manager

Position Overview:

Seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead the modernization of our workforce operations. For the first 12-24 months, your primary focus will be the end-to-end implementation and optimization of our Labor Management System (LMS) and the rollout of Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) across our facilities.

What You'll Do:

LMS Deployment:

Lead the configuration, testing, and enterprise-wide rollout of Labor Management System software.

Standards Implementation:

Partner with Industrial Engineers to validate and implement multi-variable Engineered Labor Standards.

Change Management:

Drive onsite adoption by training operations leadership and front-line staff on new performance metrics and system workflows.

Vendor Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS software vendors and external engineering consultants.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Equivalent work experience will be considered. 3+ Years of experience

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Tego) and project management software.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for operational teams.

Certification:

PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly preferred. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Environmental Factors:

Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day. Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds. Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions. Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations. Moderate warehouse noise level. Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds. Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments). Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 95 degrees. Employee Discount Position Compensation Outline Compensation Range:

$70,000 to $95,000/year This position is eligible to participate in the company bonus program. Compensation listed is for the full-time position at this specific location and is based on several factors, including experience, and qualifications.
