This position is based in Conley, GA, supporting a major Walmart operation. The facility operates as a cross‑dock, managing product sorting, trailer loading, and transportation scheduling. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing cross‑dock operations, inventory, and workflow Leading strategic planning, process improvement, and problem‑solving initiatives Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures Interacting daily with the customer to maintain high satisfaction levels Directly managing 2 Supervisors and 60+ hourly associates Performing additional duties as assigned by the customer and/or Facility Manager The ideal candidate should possess the following: 3+ years of management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment A strong work ethic and a competitive, growth‑oriented mindset Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc.
