Job Description

▨ Position Title Warehouse & Logistics Manager ■
General Responsibilities :
Lead the setup and launch of a new warehouse facility, including layout planning and operational readiness. Develop warehouse processes, SOPs, and inventory control procedures. Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and order fulfillment. Coordinate domestic transportation, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse management through WMS and ERP systems. Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and HQ teams to support business operations. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of warehouse and logistics management experience. Experience launching or setting up a new warehouse facility strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and 3PL management. Experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus). Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Korean-English bilingual skills preferred. Experience with Korean or global manufacturing companies is a plus. Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred. ■
