Job Description

Here are the details on a new Distribution Manager opportunity for Resmed. Attached is the vendor briefing Resmed provided.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Lead and support safety programs to maintain a safe work environment Manage labor planning based on forecasts (daily/weekly/monthly) Conduct daily team meetings to ensure an efficient, balanced operation Drive continuous improvement and eliminate non-value-added processes Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff Oversee receiving, inventory, packaging, and shipping processes Ensure quality, budget, and delivery expectations are met Manage inventory control and product traceability (WMS/Oracle) Maintain strong communication across teams and leadership
Qualifications:
10+ years in warehouse/distribution environment 3+ years in a supervisory role Experience with inventory control systems and continuous improvement initiatives Familiar with MS Office and WMS systems Knowledge of OSHA regulations Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with Oracle or similar systems
Important Process Details:
3 rounds of interviews Two-week training in Moreno Valley, CA Travel is required
