This position is responsible for assisting customers and technicians with parts needs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced diesel environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to develop leadership skills for future advancement opportunities. Essential Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians with locating and ordering parts Process parts sales, invoices, returns, and warranty claims Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock organization Receive, label, and stock incoming parts shipments Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and availability Ensure parts department cleanliness and organization Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control procedures Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone Assist with training and mentoring team members as responsibilities grow Support daily operations and eventually help oversee department performance and profitability Qualifications Previous automotive, diesel, or heavy-duty truck parts experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and inventory system knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Leadership potential and willingness to grow into management responsibilities Valid driver's license preferred Preferred Skills Knowledge of diesel truck parts and components Experience with parts lookup systems and inventory software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sales and upselling experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement into management Health benefits and paid time off Ongoing training and career development Supportive team environment We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career and grow with our company.
