Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline, or at least 7 years of comparable experience.
Demonstrated experience in global sourcing, inventory control, project execution, and the use of performance metrics to guide decisions.
Ability to manage several complex initiatives at once while adjusting quickly to shifting business priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, Outlook, Excel, and QuickBooks; experience with enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.
Sound analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and make data-informed recommendations.
