JOB OVERVIEW

In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of the Inventory, ensuring that production runs smoothly by having parts for machine builds as well as for spare parts sales. Your energetic approach will motivate your team, optimize workflows, and uphold inventory standards.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for the machine and spare part inventory ensuring counts are correct and maintaining inventory efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
include but not limited to: Ensure accurate inventory counts across all product lines Work with Purchasing Manager to ensure parts are ordered on time based on re-order reports from ERP Software. Utilize ERP Planning for procurement scheduling of parts. Maintain correct inventory across all production lines. Maintain cycle counting program for all parts. Entry of new purchase parts into the ERP system. Create and Maintain proper BOMs. Work to continually improve the inventory control process. Other duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Forklift Certified. Able to operate sit down and stand up/ order picker lift trucks. 10+ years of supervisory Inventory Management experience. College Degree, Technical Workshops or Management Workshop Certifications.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 25% of the work day. The person in this position frequently moves about the office/warehouse to perform job duties and visit other departments, access file cabinets and operate office equipment. Frequently operates a computer, handles machine parts, manipulates office equipment, etc. Communicates frequently on a daily basis with various office personnel. Must be able to operate forklift/ pallet lift machines. Must be able to lift packages / parts up to 50lbs. on an occasional basis.Benefits:
