Job Description

Inventory Team Lead HIWIN Corporation is the leader in the innovation and manufacturing of motion control and mechatronic system technology. We are one of the largest producers in the world of linear motion components such as: linear guideways, ballscrews, linear motors and stages. We are currently seeking an Inventory Team Lead to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. This role coordinates workflow, assigns tasks, and ensures inventory accuracy while leading by example. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a team environment, values accuracy, and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Compensation Range The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. 7:00am to 3:30pm
