Position Title:
Supervisor, Warehouse Inventory Department:
Warehouse The primary function of this position is to supervise and control the warehouse inventory management operations by way of minimizing cost and maximizing efficiency for all warehouse inventory operational processes within the PCI Pharma Services. This includes system improvements, standardizing processes and advancing technology to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned. Provide direction to the warehouse material management staff as they support Planning, Production, Sales, Maintenance, Engineering and Purchasing operations. Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow. Maintain harmony among warehouse material management staff and resolve grievances. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position. Advise warehouse material management staff on proper methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock. Maintain standards established by cGMP, SOP, and other practices. Examine the work of the warehouse staff for exactness, neatness, and conformance to established policies and procedures. Review records for accuracy of information, compliance with established procedures, and determination of adequacy of stock levels. Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepancies. Maintain and ensure adherence to all safety standards and policies. Maintain and ensure adherence to housekeeping standards. Assist in training and retraining of the warehouse material management staff including monthly cGMP and safety training. Assist in the management of any and all satellite facilities. Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse material management staff. Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times. Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position. Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. JDE). Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports. Ensure a safe working environment. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment. Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Required:
1-5 years related experience and/or training.
College Level Mathematical Skills Intermediate Computer Skills:
Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
Full Professional Proficiency:
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
Very High Reasoning:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
Preferred:
Ability to effectively present information to various people as the job requires. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail. Ability to display excellent time management skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies Experience conducting tracking and data analysis Product and inventory management certification a plus Strong math and analytical skills Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques. Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. An analytical mind with strong math skills The hiring rate for this position is $56,720-$63,810 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
